When Receiving Your Product
Before signing the delivery receipt, please inspect the product's packaging for any damage or issues. If you notice any damage, shortages, or tampering with the tape, do not sign any delivery documents. Instead, request a report from the courier and return the package. Once this has been done, we will immediately ship a replacement product to you. We are not responsible for any damage or missing items if the package is accepted despite visible damage or tampering. Please notify us in writing at info@cavronart.com, including your order number, as soon as possible.
