RETURNS
Cavronart acts in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law in return transactions, and each product can be returned within 30 days under the following conditions.
PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS
You must inform the seller in writing, specifying the reason, within thirty (30) days from the delivery date, without damaging or using the product and without impairing its resale condition.
The invoice of the returned product must be included with the product.
Returns of used, damaged, or altered products will not be accepted.
The return must be made in the condition it was delivered.
If there are any openings, damages, breakages, destructions, tears, usage marks, etc., on the product or packaging, or if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted for return and the amount will not be refunded.
For any negative situations that may arise after the product is delivered to the customer, you should immediately contact Cavron art via email on the website.
In returns that comply with the return conditions, the shipping fee will be paid by the customer.
Returned products will undergo the following procedures:
Returned products will be received by the responsible personnel and recorded in the company's records.
The issue with the product will be identified.
The customer will be informed via phone or email about the damage. If the product is repaired, it will be delivered to the customer within 10 business days, or if the product cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund will be issued.
Problems Caused by Delivery
In shipments made via Special Cargo Companies, if the product is damaged during transport, the damage will be compensated by Cavron art.
In case of damaged packages:
Damaged packages should not be accepted and a report should be made to the delivery company.
If the delivery company representative believes the package is not damaged, you have the right to request that the package be opened and checked to verify the products were delivered without damage, and to ask for the situation to be recorded with a report.
Once the package is accepted by you, it is considered that the delivery company has fulfilled its duty properly.
If the package is not accepted and a report has been made, the situation should be reported to Cavron art as soon as possible along with a copy of the report. Cavron art representatives will ensure that a new and intact delivery is made as soon as possible.

EXCHANGE
There is no exchange for products once the purchase has been completed.
